Who we are

Mostly Right is published by SummitMark LLC, based in Colorado. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

What we collect

Email sign-up is not currently open, and this site is not collecting subscriber addresses. When enabled, we will collect the email address you submit and limited signup context, such as the page and form placement, to operate the publication. The site may briefly process network information in memory for abuse throttling. No advertising analytics service is active by default.

Newsletter delivery

When signup is enabled, your address and limited signup context will be sent securely to Buttondown for Mostly Right issue delivery. New signups require email confirmation before becoming active. SummitMark updates are a separate, optional choice and will only be recorded if you check that box. Provider policies and retention rules apply to data stored there.

Analytics

The site exposes first-party event hooks for page views, reading progress, topic discovery, newsletter interactions, and SummitMark links. No analytics vendor is activated by default. If one is added, this policy should be updated before launch.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. For privacy requests, including accessing, correcting, or deleting your information, contact privacy@readmostlyright.com.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the newsletter, its features, or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above whenever it does.
